Shipping Policy

Our delivery time ranges between 7 to 10 Business days. We always ship using the FedEx, DHL, and other delivery services to ensure the goods arrive at your location as quickly as possible. We deliver everywhere in the USA. All orders are shipped directly from our temperature-controlled warehouse in Germany to your home.

Please always order your goods in time! Shipping and delivery may take longer due to delays by our courier, customs or other uncontrollable factors such as weather and holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to business addresses or PO boxes. Please also note that we cannot ship on weekends. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
