Refund Policy

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages:

If you have received damaged products, please provide us with a photo of the received product so that we can identify it. We will send you a shipping label and arrange for a pickup of the merchandise. Once we have received your product, we will promptly send you a replacement (if it's in stock). If the product is not immediately available, we will refund your money, and the credit will appear on your statement within 72 hours.

 

Incorrect products:

We are deeply sorry if there was an error in processing your order. Please send us an email immediately at info@euroella.com with your order number and attach a photo of the item you received, so that we can identify the mistake. We will send you a return label and arrange for a courier to pick up the item. If we have the correct item in stock, we will send it to you as soon as we receive the wrong item. If the correct item is no longer available, we will credit your original form of payment. Please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

Return policy:

Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns. Given that all our products are perishable food items and we must uphold the quality of our inventory, returns are not accepted. In the event of damage during shipment, kindly provide us with photographs of the external packaging, packing materials, and images of the impaired product within 24 hours of delivery. This will enable us to initiate the required claims with our shipping partner. The product must remain unopened with its original packaging intact. The claims process might take up to 15 business days to finalize.

 


Return instructions: All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (info@euroella.com). Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your return.

 

Exchange:

Currently, we do not accept exchanges.

 

Cancellation policy: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so without penalty until 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on the same day you placed your order. To initiate a cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@euroella.com.
